this is a twistlock adaptor that comes with different thickness rubbers to help it work with most brands of high pressure valve. The button on the high pressure valve is pressed in by a central screw. If this is not happening you can adjust the screw. This will fit a pipe with internal of minimum 20mm, if you have say a 22mm pipe you might need to add some tape. They are priced singly
