Description
this is an ex vat item and is a Lifejacket not a buoyancy aid . Lifejackets like this 100N model have to be fully tested, the latest approval is called ISO which will replace the more commonly known CE. A lifejacket has to turn the person over and hold the head out of the water, so ideal for non swimmers. They have to have more foam on one side chest than other, leg straps and a whistle, even on the baby size. Also when someone uses a lifejacket there is an assumption that the boat will return to you, which is why many kids when they reach about 7 years old will switch to a buoyancy aid as they want to swim back to the boat or kayak and climb back on themselves which is a lot easier in a junior buoyancy aid like the yak blaze
Also the baby and child are one design shown in gallery and the large child and junior are the design shown in product image
